UPMC Italy is issuing a call for applications for the following no-term position: 1 Accountant (Ref. AC/23)

Under the supervision of the Director of Accounting and Finance, the accountant will be responsible for
assisting in managing the passive cycle, assets and reconciliation and representation in general ledger of
special projects on research, training and other. He/She is responsible for supporting the drafting of
corporate financial statements, fulfilling tax obligations, preparing tax statements, annual budgets, and the management and reconciliation of financial movements.

The ideal candidate possesses the following requisites:

  • University Degree in Economics.
  • At least one year of documented experience in a similar position, in other companies and/or firms.
  • Certified auditor and/or public accountant.
  • Postgraduate training in areas related to this position.
  • Previous experience in financial, economic, and accounting corporate reporting.
  • Experience in a clinical and hospital setting.

Good communication skills, critical thinking, ability to stress management, flexibility and a good attitude
towards teamwork are also instrumental to the role.

Workplace: Palermo.
