UPMC Italy is issuing a call for applications for the following no-term position: 1 HR People Analytics (HR PA/22)

The candidate selected based on his/her specific IT and application management skills will be responsible for their management and constant update and integration. He/she will also be the reference person for processing payrolls, administrative, pension contributions, and fiscal tasks, managing and monitoring employee absences, and verifying compliance with contractual and national labor law.

The ideal candidate possesses the following requisites:

  • University degree in Economics or Law.
  • At least two years of experience with INAZ computer applications (Paghenet, HE-Presenze, 770, and other).
  • Labor consultant license and certification.
  • Experience in a clinical-hospital setting.
  • English proficiency and good knowledge of main computer applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel).

Other requisites: Proactivity, excellent listening skills, good stress management, and problem solving skills.

Workplace: Palermo. Availability to travel for business to various UPMC locations in Italy and abroad.
