Under the indications of the Talent Manager, and working with the HR staff at UPMC Italy, the Talent Manager Specialist will actively collaborate in managing processes related to Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, Learning and Development, and implementing Diversity and Inclusion policies.
With reference to the field of Employer Branding, in close collaboration with the internal / external communication teams, the Talent Management Specialist will actively participate in the development of communication campaigns via web and social media, in the definition of media contents for the narration of life. and corporate moments, will support in the preparation of events with universities, training institutions, job fairs, professional networks.
The ideal candidate possesses the following requisites:

Workplace:
The two Specialists will work one in Rome (TMS RM/21) and one in Palermo (Ref. TMS PA/21).
