We are part of a large international network, UPMC Hillman Cancer Center. In Italy, we have a presence in Lazio, Sicily,
and Campania, giving patients facing a cancer diagnosis access to comprehensive services and some of the latest
technologies and treatments available.

TELEMEDICINE
The new technologies enable remote diagnosis and monitoring of patients providing telemedicine services and second opinions directly from Pittsburgh. The exchange of clinical data between patients and physicians optimizes various aspects of therapeutic management and treatment. IT solutions are developed for private and public partners.
UPMC Global Care
UPMC also supports patients in countries where highly specialized care may not be readily available. UPMC Global Care connects patients with complex medical diagnoses to experts at UPMC facilities for teleconsultations, second opinions, surgical care, and telemonitoring services.
