UPMC-ISMETT: International Online Conference on Cardiology

June 24-26, 2021 – UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute and ISMETT present the International Online Conference “Management Of Cardiovascular Diseases: A Look At The Present And A Glance Into The Future. Focus On Aortic Valve Disease And Heart Failure”, accredited on Agenas for the provision of n. 18 CME credits (only for Italian participants). The three-day event will bring together some of the most distinguished cardiology Italian and International experts.

New technologies are changing the practice of medicine and surgery, posing new challenges to physicians involved in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases. This virtual, interactive course, organized by UPMC Heart and Vascular Institute e ISMETT, is dedicated to all health professionals, researchers, and scientists, whose area of interest is the field of cardiovascular diseases. It will enable participants (cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, cardiovascular imaging specialists, anaesthesiologists, cardiovascular researchers, allied health professionals, and bioengineers) to have the opportunity to spend three days with internationally recognized experts in the field of cardiovascular disease. This course will focus on aortic valve disease, aortic aneurysms, and on special aspects of heart failure. The expertise and knowledge of a top-class interdisciplinary faculty will provide a comprehensive review of the topics addressed.
