With facilities in Rome, Palermo, Chianciano Terme, and Mirabella Eclano UPMC Italy is the Italian division of the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. UPMC Italy operates in the field of patient care, biomedical research and develops new technology solutions, providing support to areas directly and indirectly related to medical and research institutions. UPMC Italy manages and funds various national and international research projects for technology development and training in biotechnology and regenerative medicine.
